New Role - Mall Manager – FM/PM - Middle East - Ref Number - 78
Our client is leading property Development Company who are looking for a Mall Manager to be based in the UAE.
To be considered it is essential you have at least 7 years mall management experience, a solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management, experience with FM issues/problems and also have a degree in engineering or business administration.
In this role you will ensure tenant satisfaction in the respective mall/large retail souk and ensure the timely execution of the annual business plan and escalate issues to the Retail Portfolio Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Act as the main point of contact for mall and Souk tenants
• Implement policies and procedures for the shopping mall
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the mall and communicate to PM/FM Malls
• Undertake daily on-site inspection of common areas to ensure adherence to this company’s standards of PM/FM and that properties are well maintained.
• Recommend and administer capital improvement works
• Provide specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders on operations, tenant concerns, etc
• Manage FM supervisor and oversee completion of FM Oversight performance reports.
• Ensure adherence of tenants with property rules and regulations
• Ensure correct application of HSSE standards in properties.
• Act as the coordinator of the mall annual business plan.
