Description     — PO Will be responsible for day-to-day implementation, including sustainability efforts and technical assistance to local partner and implementation of project activities in regards to business development and youth employment. — Ensure that activities are implemented in accordance to the Plan of Action (POA) and in timely manner and in line to project budget. — Contribute to the development of monitoring systems, and carry out activities to collect, process and analysis data on agreed indicators on a regular basis, and in periodic reviews and evaluations. — Facilitate where necessary, conducting of orientations, workshops, follow up visits and other activities for the project. — Work with private sector to contribute to for Egyptian youth by providing life skills and skills-based trainings for them; emphasizing the fact that private sector growth and sustainability would benefit from a locally stable and appropriately skilled work force. — Advocate and influence CSR agendas of the private sector to focus on creating and strengthening the local employment environment — Develop, monitor and implement project activities in field through regular field visits — Contribute to the development of training packages and support materials for workshops.
Qualifications    • University degree in marketing, business or relevant area • Three years experience in social marketing, fundraising, and local NGOs. (Preferable background in social marketing and fundraising) • Proven knowledge and skills regarding project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation • Understanding of project Management cycle and ability to develop plans and reports • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and representation skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Must be able to travel for overnight field work in Delta area (50% level of effort). • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic with excellent report writing skills • Good knowledge of computer programmes, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and simple database programmes.
