Description     responsibilities:1-Manage the route of account management activities.2-Provide merchant with value added services such as promotional services like SMS,emails..etc.3-Manage relationships with merchant to ensure merchant satisfaction. 4-set the route to visit participated merchant to ensure their satisfaction and provide them with the periodic reports. 5-Provide merchant with various types of periodical analytical reports. 6-work closely with merchants in developing strategic initiatives that will result in increasing the transactions. 7-working on marketing campaigns with merchant 
Qualifications    1- English Language — fluency in writing and speaking in addition to strong knowledge of the structure and content of the language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.2- Professional in appearance. 3-Speech Clarity — The ability to speak clearly so others can understand.4- Time Management — Managing ones own time and the time of others.5-Interactive Communication — Listening to others and communicating articulately, fostering open communication.
