Description     Project Manager, The Employability and Career Development Centers (ECDCs) project, Career Center. Project Management: — Manage the implementation of ECDC project in assigned public universities — Ensure that project goals and deliverables are aligned with project implementation. — Plan and schedule project timeline and milestones using appropriate tools. — Oversee the day-to-day program activities within assigned universities. — Liaise with the administrative and financial officer on relevant administrative and financial functions. — Develop effective working relationships, liaise and maintain a regular flow of communication with USAID representatives — Serve on selection committees to interview and identify program participants according to selection criteria. — Develop status and progress reports, and contribute to the development of quarterly and annual program reports. — Track success stories and contribute to programs communication/marketing plan. — Translate English/Arabic documents as needed, and ensure proper documentation of project correspondence and material Training, Monitoring and Evaluation: — Coordinate project assessment/training plan and ensure its implementation on assigned university campuses. — Monitor and evaluate the project progress and effectiveness in relation to desired outcomes through conducting regular program evaluations and surveys, and reporting on results. — Ensure the implementation of a sustainability plan that assures continuity of the project beyond its lifetime.
Qualifications    Minimum education requirement: B. A. or B.Sc. is required; M.A. in a related field is an asset Experience: • 5 years’ experience in managing funded projects and donor relations is required • Prior experience in areas of education, development or corporate social responsibility preferred • Good knowledge of project schedule management and report writing • Experience in volunteer management, event planning, and program monitoring and evaluation required • Previous marketing experience is an advantage
