A fast-growing E-Marketing agency is looking to hire a ‘Sales Operations Specialist’ with the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of the sales cycle logistics.
• Acts as an after-sales liaison with our clients
• Collaborating with team members
• Attending to adhocs
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of exp. In Sales Operations/ Telesales
• University degree of any relevant discipline
• Excellent communication skills, selling skills, and team-working skills
• Flexibility and stress management skills
• Proficient with MS Office Package
• Internet research skills
• Very good English language (written and spoken)
Working conditions: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Full time: Sunday to Thursday)

Sales Operations Specialist (specialized in Interior Design merchandise)
Duties & Responsibilities (detailed):
• End-to-end management of the sales cycle logistics. The cycle begins with lead-generation, establishing contact with potential clients, Scheduling meetings for the sales team with potential accounts, documentation, filing, database update, follow up, daily reporting, and ends with receiving of payments and handing over the account to the account manager.
• Acts as an after-sales liaison with our clients; ensuring the fulfillment of all the tasks requested by the account
• Collaborating with team members, through obtaining and providing all needed work-related materials.
• Attending to adhocs as they come; to make sure the workflow is smooth and sustained
