Senior Corporate Lawyer - Head Office — Cairo

About this job
The Senior Corporate Lawyer will involve working closely with the corporate governance function as well as working on high profile deals that the group are involved in. You will be advising senior executives in relation to corporate governance and supporting the corporate secretariat, investor relations and finance divisions. You will need strong regulatory understanding. You will be offered a varied workload and you should expect to turn your hand to a breadth of different issues.
Prepare legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety issues,
Analyze and interpret case law, court reports, and proposed and existing laws and regulations to prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization’s operations.
Conduct investigational as well as statistical and documentary research and all Legal activities needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in law is a must and 4-6 years relevant experience.
Associate or Senior Associate level experience.
Strong, proven corporate experience in a quality firm.
Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Excellent Command of English.
Highly motivated & works under pressure.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Sense of commerciality and business acumen.
