Description     RESPONSIBILITIES — Convert marketing requirements into actionable items that can be implemented in a user interface. — Design and implement web-based user interfaces to enterprise energy management systems. — Design and develop user interface prototypes. Work with Marketing to develop and administer user experience research, and provide analyses and recommendations from participants hands on testing. — Work with other groups in Engineering and Operations to develop and deploy web-based user interfaces as a productized component of server- and cloud-based applications. — Participate in all phases of the software development cycle. — Documentation of system and software processes.
Qualifications    • Minimum 1 years of experience in designing and developing web-based user interfaces. • Strong background and hands-on experience in developing with JavaScript, Flash, XML, HTML and CSS. • Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL, and Ajax implementations. • Strong foundation in usability, accessibility and ergonomics of UI design, including Section 508 compliance.
