Description Review finger print, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers. Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees. Compile employee time, and payroll data from time sheets and other records. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. Send salary sheet to each department heads and different branches. Distribute profit share to all companys employees yearly according to companys policy. Manage medical and life insurance processes and its claims with all employees (Surgeries, visiting doctors, medicines....etc). Present reports to the management to ensure their full awareness of the process (department) detailed performance and objective achievement. Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility
Qualifications 3 - 5 years of related experience HR Diploma is more preferable.
