Description 1-prepare technical offers for IT products such as (photocopier, wide format printers & Archiving solutions Management) with detailed drawings. 2- Supporting sales request through the mails. 3- Answering customers complains related to solutions and technology. 4- Offering technical training and products awareness for the internal sales team and resellers 5- insure that sales, Product Management and the Development receive such support as they request. 6 ” Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
Qualifications A minimum of 3 years experience in pre-sales activities for IT integrated solutions-. Candidate must have significant pre-sales experience of high value IT, printers & software solutions.

Education major Engineering
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1-Ability to understand business process and business problems. 2- Ability to understand data relationship and how data can be used to solve business problems. 3- Ability to multiple subjects and products. .
