Description Preparing quotations interpret / clarify customer needs select correct parts. Obtaining blue sheets and rpds when not available. Enter/maintain pump data in the installation list database Handle & communicate customers queries. Provide record change notices in writing to keep retention. Records up-to-date with customers equipment. Enter & maintain parts orders. Communicate with csc/export on expediting orders. Interpret cust requirements & co-ordinate special requests. Communicate order status to customers. Follow orders through to shipped stage & advise customers. Co-ordinate with customers the return of wrong or Incorrectly ordered parts through rmo (return material order) process. Resolve discrepancies . Assist in collection issues on invoices. Maintain/communicate active offers to sales managers & reps. Maintain/communicate sales results to sales managers & reps. Maintain filing system . Maintain & update serial numbers records. Train new inside sales engineers as needed in eprism parts, parts quotations & order entry procedures etc. Be instructor for representatives on spare parts as needed In any training school.prepare training materials, presentations, handouts as required.
Qualifications - Excellent verbal, written & communication skills in English. - Technical knowledge - Basic knowledge in sales - International Team player - Computer literate
