• Follow all the customer
• As link between customer and technical support team
• Prepare necessary reports
Qualifications:
• Very good user of Microsoft Office Computer Skills
• Ability to handle with angry customers
• Good verbal and oral communication skills
• Positive, Helpful and Hard worker.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range: 1200 – 1800
