1) Customer Service & Telesales English Speakers;

· Fluency in English is a must
· Preferably Telesales experience and/or Customer Service experience
· Language school graduates
· Proficiency in using MS Office application
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude

Job Details and Benefits:
· Flexibility to work overnight shift
· Basic Salary + Commission
· Location: Maadi and/or Nasr City.

2) Customer Service German Speakers;

Qualifications:
· Fresh graduates, undergraduates and experienced personnel are encouraged to apply.
· Fluency in German is a must
· Preferably a German school graduate
· Proficiency in using MS Office application
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude

Job Details:
· Work Location: 6th of October and/or Maadi.
· Employment Type: Full-time-permanent and/or Part-time.
· Working Hours: 9 Hours including 1 hour break; rotational from 9am to 10pm.
· Days Off: Rotational.

· Gross Salary: 4000 EGP
· Transportation is provided for who choose to work from 6th of October
