Head of Operations Responsibilities - jumia Egypt

jumia Egypt is urgently hiring Head of Operations
Responsibilities will include:

• Following and improving Operations global KPIs
• Scaling the team and the processes to support the growth of the company
• Managing a team of 40+ people
• Recruiting adequate profiles to join the team
• Producing regular reporting on the Operations performance
• Coordinating with the other departments of Jumia
• Coordinating with customer service to ensure optimum communication to our customers
• Managing the consistency and quality of the inventory
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience of managing warehouse supply chain and logistics
• Ability to lead and manage a team and third party service providers
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Capacity to challenge and improve processes
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment.
• Results oriented
• Works well under pressure and responds positively to deadlines
