healthcare services is seeking highly qualified "HR Director" with the
following qualifications:
• 10 – 15 years of experience.
• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
• Manages human resources operations by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, appraising, and resolving problems.
• Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, and anticipating requirements, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results.
• Preferably have hospitals work experience.
• Candidates must have Good command on written & spoken English.
