Description Responsible to meet clients in our showroom to sell natural stone (marble & granite products) with different patterns and finishes — Helping in the design of custom-made products such as waterjet designs or floor patterns; — Calculating client quotations and following job orders with production teams until client delivery — Administering client accounts; recording and maintaining client contact data including engineers, architects, home-owners, contracting companies‡ etc; — Maintain proper communication and conduct followup with clients through phone calls, emails, faxes, visits, CRM ... etc — Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products — Managing and interpreting clients requirements and meet their needs; — Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans. — Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; — Solving client problems; — Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about old, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. — Preparing reports for managers; analyzing sales;
Qualifications A B.Sc in Engineering/Fine Arts • Very Good knowledge of Auto-CAD, Photoshop (and any other graphics SW) and Microsoft Office • Experience in vendor sales is a plus
