The internal audit is an independent activity, which gives the Organization a guarantee on the degree of control of its operations, and gives advice to improve those operations and contributes in creating further value.
The main objective of the Internal Audit mission is to give the Organization a technical assistance and full support to its financial, accounting and audit management, in conformity with the established application and management procedures.
The Internal Audit manager has therefore the responsibility of helping the Organization to reach its objectives by evaluating systematically and methodically the risk, control and leadership management processes, and by offering propositions to reinforce the efficiency of the processes.
