Description — Responsible of HR monthly reports (Personnel Change of Status, Verbal Warning report, Case Management). — Responsible of receiving the company performance appraisal and prepare report with the increase for the payroll and the training requested for each department. —Maintaining 3-months Probation Assessment and renewal of annual contracts process. —Update, monitor & validate the information of employees in the companys HRIS. — Develop policies and procedures and update existing ones in line with business requirements. — Design & administer HR Community on the intranet of the company. — Analyze HR information related to the HR Projects (Headcount and turnover). — Responsible for the job description database (New and updates). — Responsible for the monthly update of the Organization Charts.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration. •3-5 years of experience in HR field with 3 years in the same position. And preferred who has a previous experience in the Automotive field. • HITS - HR system is a must. • Fluent in English language. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Proficient in computer applications. • HRM diploma is essential.
