Description —Get detailed brief from client —Setup full proposal; creative idea, plan & budget. —Select staff meeting project criteria. —Regular market visits to ensure project execution as per the brief —Monitor competitive brands & report to client —Brief or assist client in briefing staff —Coordinate with HR, execution & production to gather all project requirements; budgeting, planning & implementation & follow up on every single detail. —Plan & coordinate project launch —Send regular reports daily or weekly —Collect data & send regular feedback & closing reports; analysis, sales & recommendation. —Serve as client advocate internally and externally —Come up with new ideas to the client without being asked for —Responsible for enhancing the business with Client —Analyze the key issues with the client & work on solving them
Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Perfect command of English written & spoken is a MUST. Organized, dedicated & looks into details. Has negotiation skills Persuasive Able to solve issues
