Description      * This position will be responsible for ensuring proper operations and support of IT application environment by providing resolution to issues raised by end users in a timely manner for local: + Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system: SAP ECC 6.0 (SD, MM, PS, CS, CO modules) + Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: Oracle CRM on Demand * Provide quality end user support in a consistent, timely and cost effective manner; appropriately prioritize responses to multiple end user support requests * Demonstrate technical expertise along with outstanding customer service skills * Prepare documentation of the assigned duties and report activities and results to team leader * Local Administration and authorization of ERP & CRM systems: handling all the authorization issues and administration of user accounts * Accompany users to accept new tools and use them in the best way * Participate in new systems rollouts and implementation project (all project phases until go-live and provide after go-live support)
Qualifications     * Very good command of spoken and written English language * Minimum education required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field * Minimum 4+ years professional business systems experience with a minimum of 3 years related experience with SAP ERP system * Broad understanding of SAP SD and MM and PS modules * Understanding of end-to-end business processes and support processes; understand key success factors that drive the implementation of common processes and systems * Understanding of Incident Management Systems * Ability to work effectively with third parties (internal and external) * Experience in working globally, in a multicultural environment * Excellent time management skills needed to balance multiple priorities and to ensure delivery of high quality services
