Description —Receive production orders from the Local Sales or Export and estimate the raw materials requirements and prepare the needed plans. —Follow up on raw materials purchasing process with the procurement Department. —Work on avoiding any production wastes and prepare daily production plan according to orders priority. —Ensuring that purchased items are delivered on time. —Evaluate suppliers performance and the possibilities for adding new suppliers to the data base. —Follow up with warehouses regarding purchases defects and refused items. —Receive the final products from the Production department. —Review and approve purchase requests prepared by storekeepers for minimum level stock items. —Supervise the produced items and raw materials upload / unload from and to the Companys warehouses. —Handling and filing of documents related to logistics activities. —Select the suitable Shipping Agent according to price, shipping line‡..etc. —Follow up on shipment schedules with different shipping agents. —Issue Logistics status report on daily basis.
Qualifications Bachelor degree.
Gender Any
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office Good communication skills -presentation skills - Negotiation Skills - Problem Solving.
