Technical position - IBM

Urgently needed for IBM :
*Service Desk Level 1 and Level 1.5, required Technical background ( familiar with Outlook and IBM tools will be a plus )

Qualifications:
• Very Good command of French and English Language
• Excellent communication, both verbally and written
• Team working and interpersonal skills are essential
• Work under pressure
• Basic knowledge in PC, Keyboarding shortcuts and functions, desktop computer systems; web browsers, and emails
• Flexibility in working night and overnight shifts.(24/7 Rotation shifts - shifts and days off are rotated)
