Description As a telesales agent , youll be expected to sell the products and services of the company you work for by calling prospective clients. You may also be carrying out market research, so you wont necessarily be stuck to the phone. Working within a team of other sales executives youll be set targets and strategies by the team supervisor. Your day will be mostly spent calling buyers and persuading them to either purchase a product, trial a service or accept a visit from another member of the sales team.
