Description 1. Receive New Life Applications from Life consultants and reviewing the documents and send it to the head office for processing . 2. Maintain proper controls & Follow-up over the applications (receipts included) available with the life consultants, sales managers, branch managers and brokers . 3. Quality control by calling the clients by using the updated script and sending the results to the UW Dep. after doing the update on the system. 4. Prepare the standard periodical reports ( Weekly & Monthly reports police record , attendance ,Application audit ,.& etc reports ) and send copies to usual recipients at HO . 5- Responsible for the branch petty cash. 6-Coordinate all correspondence between Head Office and Life sales force. 7-Make sure that all materials needed for life sales activities are always available and sufficient 8-Maintain all Life registers and books and keep them up-to-date and complete. 9-Overview all administration needs of branch (stationary, supplies, services, bills) and coordinate proper action with admin head at H.O. 10-Perform any other assignment that may be required from the direct manager. 11-HR Responsibilities , hiring and termination process and submit the SI in the SI office.
Qualifications Bachelor degree Excellent computer skills(excel - word - outlook) Excellent communication skills Very good command in English
