Job Description
Escort employees in case of accidents to hospitals and ensure optimum care during the hospitalization period and keep direct manager informed on the treatment progress and case development. Handle medical cases in coordination with appropriate medical parties (Operations, hospitals..etc.), follow up and provide treatment progress to various parties as well as obtaining doctors assessment / recommendations. Carry out studies on employees illness cases, including cases that are potential to develop complications / that may lead to liabilities to the Company, analyze factors and prepare recommendations in coordination with Operations in cooperation with the Senior Insurance Specialist .Support Senior Insurance Specialist in processing of medical claims in line with company policies as well as other medical related invoices. Validate and propose renew of established medical procedures. Coordinate & update Quality Head about employees accidents and cases updates. Ensure the management of medical files and records in a strictly confidential manner
Job Qualification
Education : BA. Degree Experience : From 2 – 3 years in a relevant field. Language Skills : Excellent Arabic & Good English. Gender : Male Personal Skills : Good team player ,has the ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, Report Writing Skills ,Good communication skills ,Attention to details. Computer Skills: Excellent( Microsoft Office )
