Description     —Support the selection and recruitment process through correspondences, creating and updating files for all applicants, and follow up. —Support the delivery of the program in collaboration with the Training Coordinator. —Organize the services offered to graduates in coordination with faculty and other experts. —Organize and implement Program events; networking events, graduation events and other events as requested. —Liaise with the relevant departments at AUC. This includes Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Print Shop, Security and others. —Manage the production of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, application forms, documentaries, newsletter‡etc —Support the training coordinator in undertaking logistics of Program delivery (Booking rooms, equipment and other facilities as requested). —Process program transactions and follow-up on payments to stakeholders as needed. —Assist in the monitoring of program expenditures vs. Budget. —Handle inquiries by the public/ walk ins wherever possible. —Handle correspondences and emails with applicants, scholars and partners. —Handle incoming calls with inquiries. —Dispense, disseminate or route departmental, campus and internal communications to appropriate individuals, groups or departments. —Manage and update a filing system and file all correspondences. —Arrange meetings, take minutes and keep notes.
Qualifications    Minimum education requirement: University Bachelor’s Degree, preferably graduate of the American University in Cairo. Experience: • Previous experience in development / administration field is an asset. • Graduates of Business Administration and Economics are encouraged to apply.
