Description Reviews and analyzes variation in the current financial results compared to prior year, prior month, and budgeted amounts. Works with independent auditors and Group internal auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements & Company policies & procedures . Recommends changes in accounting systems and procedures. Assists business partners with budget activity, proper expenditure coding, document preparation, and other accounting-related activities. Assists in the training of technical and clerical personnel. Reviews the monthly financial statements submitted by the Hotel operators, compares the actual figures with the budget, performs analytical reviews & reasonable tests ensuring compliance with the management agreement & appropriate accounting by reporting to the standards.
Qualifications -University graduate with a bachelor degree of commerce. -working in auditing office experience is a must. -conducting auditing for hotels is a must -ability to work under pressure . -excellent knowledge of dealing with computer (excel, office, and outlook ,). -effective organizational skills.
