Description 1.Establish Leasing Objectives. These objectives will outline the amount of space to be leased, the time frame required to lease and the target rental rate to be achieved. 2.Maintain appropriate marketing plan which will issue potential tenant awareness and interest. 3.To create a database of inquiries and potential tenants. 4.Conduct negotiations with more than one tenant for each villa and then make a recommendation on the preferred tenant to the Leasing Committee within his assigned property. 5.Prepare regular leasing activity reports and the status of each negotiations held with potential tenants. 6.Developing and implementing retail leasing / marketing plans to capture the largest market share and gain sustainable advantage in order to ensure commercial viability of the retail leasing business and effectively contribute in meeting the companys overall objectives. 7.Open new markets to market the company and enhance its profit. 8.Following the assets leased and supervising it regarding any problem (customers complain- suggestions for enhancing the place ” attracting customers to the place) 9.Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity
Qualifications Must be graduated from business or marketing-related degree or equivalent •experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies •technical marketing skills •Proven experience in customer and market research •Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives •Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements •Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities •Understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web •Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics

Other Skills Must have previous experience in Red Sea Experience from 9 - 12 years
