Responsibilities

Working with databases ( Client, Employee, Partners, Vendors, etc. )
Keeping appointments with clients
Taking calls
Managing office inventory
Coordinating with other departments
Managing holiday, attendance and absence records
Enforcing office protocols
Negotiating with suppliers and service providers if required.
Telesales activities
Using eDigits tools, candidate is responsible to deliver newsletter to our customers list

Education

Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any HR field.
