Description 1. Receives all kind of cash and checks from the client (Mall, CL, others) compares them with invoices, payment order, contract, others). 2. Deposits cash, checks and foreign exchange in the bank. 3. Prepares the daily cash records. 4. Issues Petty cash according to The company procedures. 5. Manages the cash requirement of the company at his safety box. 6. Arranges for cashing the check and pays the employees salaries. 7. Handles the supplier checks according to the company procedures. 8. Responsible for the manual filing in the department. 9. Reviews the suppliers bills and enters them in the accounting system.
Qualifications - Faculty graduate with a bachelor degree of commerce. -ability to work under pressure. -excellent knowledge of dealing with computer (excel, office, and outlook ) -effective organizational skills. -attention to details and high level of accuracy. -keeping confidentiality. -high level of honesty
