Description 1- Registers of the Accounts Receivable & Payable manual in an Excel Sheet. 2- Handles the Booking and follows up collection for revenues. 3- Follows up deposit checks in Bank and monitors its cashing. 4- Opens and follows up all bank transactions (L/C, L/G certified check, draft checks ‡.) . 5- Prepares all transfers to the suppliers (Foreign & Local) and monitors its achievement. 6- Prepares the Bank Situation report on a weekly basis. 7- Prepares the Bank Reconciliation. 8- Follows up and revises the Banks advices notes. 9- Prepares and follows up the Time Deposits. 10- Follows up and calculates the Loan interest rate and prepares all required information according to the loan agreements. 11- Reviews the Petty Cash transaction of the general cashier and inputs on accounting software.
Qualifications -University graduate with a bachelor degree of commerce. -handling loans process is a must. -ability to work under pressure . -effective organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of dealing with computer (excel, office, and outlook
