Description A human resources (HR) coordinator recruits, interviews, hires and trains employees for a company. HR coordinators review resumes. Before offering a candidate a position, Assist the HR manager in every aspect of human resources by responding to any mail queries of employee. Most HR coordinators assist the administration including updating, filing spread sheets, of letters and contracts. Keep personnel records. Record data for each employee, such as weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination. Compile and type reports from employment records. File employment records. Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Fluent English spoken and written. Hard Worker. Self-Motivated. Able to work in team. Able to work under pressure. Aware of Computer Application. 3 years’ experience in this field.
