Description     Responsible for General Human Resources activities including Training, Compensation & Benefits, Labor relations and Recruitment. Filter resumes, interview job applicants and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications. Prepare and maintain job evaluation and job description. Assist in preparing the payroll. Conduct new employee orientations including employees manual. Recommend, develop, evaluate and schedule trainings program. Maintaining and updating the HR system. Manage Medical Insurance program and pension plan.
Qualifications    Suitable Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. Preferable from GUC, AUC or BUE. Must have minimum 2 years experience in General HR and a background in Industrial sector & building material.

Other Skills    Creative. Excellent communication and computer skills. Good quantitative skills for analysis. Able to make independent decisions as well as operate in a team environment.
