Description     1. Reviews time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. 2. Compiles employee information, exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records, and issues employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. 3. Keeps track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees. 4. Issues and records adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. 5. Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedure. 6. Compiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purpose; submits to supervisor for review. 7. Compiles and analyzes payroll data, makes recommendations and determinations and prepares related reports.
Qualifications    8. B.Sc. in business or finance preferably with a major in accounting. 9. At least 2 years of experience in payroll functions.
