Description Follows up with purchase and stores for availability of RM, PM according to production targets — Meets production targets each month.(Targets will keep on changing month on month as per sales forecast) — Responsible to manage & achieve monthly targets each month even in case of breakdown of machinery. — Is responsible for optimum manpower planning by consulting with Operations manager to meet production targets & keep over time under control. — To take initiatives to minimize wastage during process in discussion with Operations Manager & quality — To work with operations manager to achieve operational efficiency by maintaining & proper analysis of the data. — Analyzes the processes and takes initiatives for process improvement — To follow Quality norms during production process — To achieve monthly production targets and ensures quantity & quality as defined by company.(Targets will keep on changing month on month as per sales forecast)
Qualifications B.sc of Science with 3 years Experience in FMCG Industries.
Gender Male
Education major chemistry
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
