Description 1. Assist in formulating Quality Strategy for the company & supervise the implementation of Quality Assurance plan and objectives. 2. Responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining the quality management systems & procedures of the company. 3. Organize and promote company wide quality improvement efforts. 4. Plan, schedule & implement periodic audits of the management systems documentation and identify in agreement with departments managers the needs for improvement and update procedures and Manuals. 5. Exceed ISO Standard Requirements 6. Prepare and send audit reports for every audit conducted, regularly follow up with staff on the non compliances and assist them on the closure of the same. 7. Generate Corporate Audit Reports & share the quality management review meetings at regular intervals updating the Top Management on quality status updates. 8. Follow up with different brands to collect the data on customer feedback, consolidate, analyze and give the analysis feedback to the Top Management. 9. Explain quality procedure adopted by the company to employees to ensure its adherence & to reach the effective use of applications. 10. Identify opportunities that can improve the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards. 11. Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the company to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly.
Qualifications • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance field • Relevant Bachelor degree / Engineering or Business Administration is preferred • Experience in setting up quality objectives for the organization as well as for specific work groups. • Experience in setting up, implementing, monitoring and bringing in process improvement in the quality management system. • Excellent command of the English language • Excellent knowledge of the ISO standard and Internal Audit • Outstanding communication, leadership & interpersonal skills. • Excellent knowledge of the software industry.
