Description     -Fully responsible for areas of buffet, security, hygiene, transportation, health insurance, reception, mobile phone lines and bank accounts. -Negotiating and signing contracts with the most competitive providers for the above mentioned areas, when required. -Designing and executing any projects that ensure happy and productive employees such as outings, Employee Handbook, Company and Newsletter flower arrangements. -Planning and Coordinating calendar of the factorys events and scheduling of appointments. -Coordinating conferences, seminars and travel calendars
Qualifications    •University Degree in any related field •Minimum 2 years of experience in the Admin field •Excellent command of English Language •Very good knowledge of MS office applications •Excellent organizational and analytical skills •Ability to deal with different people and multi task •Leadership Skills •Excellent verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills •Female candidates are encouraged to apply
