Description Make quantity surveying for civil & arch. drawings Prepare the Monthly Invoice for the Company and follow up till receive approval from both the Engineer and the Client. Follow up on the Contract, identify and track changes and follow up on them till resolved Analyzed the Change Notices received from the Client and check if there is Cost / Time Impact on the Project from theses Changes. Prepare the Quantity Take off for the Concrete and Architectural Works and follow up with the Engineer and the Client till receive approval. Coordinate with different Departments for the Quantity Take off for different Disciplines (Steel Structure, Steel Rebar, U/G Piping, and Electro Mechanical) for Monthly Invoice. Prepare the Forecasted Quantities and Contract Price for different Works (Concrete, Steel Rebar, Steel Structure, U/G Piping, and Architectural Works) to prepare the Forecast Price at completion. Prepare the Estimated Price for items that are not included in the Contract and appears from the Change Notices received from the Client. Prepare the Monthly Payment Status for the Project. Prepare the official contractual correspondences between the Company and the Client. Prepare the monthly invoices for all the subcontractors and prepare the forecasted Contract Prices for all Subcontractors

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
