Description -Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. -Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. -File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. -Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. -Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. -Perform general office duties, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. - Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing -Follow up work with more than one manager and reception, meetings and receive reports and make analysis -Maintain reservations for air tickets and hotels -Follow up work with more than one company
Qualifications •Have excellent organizational skills •Be able to multitask while remaining calm and professional •Be able to work with people at all levels, particularly senior management •Be flexible and adaptable •Have excellent communication skills •Have an excellent command of written English and Arabic •Be tactful and discreet as could be dealing with confidential information •Excellent user of MS office(Word-Excel-Power Point) •Experience from 3 – 5 years •Speed in writing reports and documents
