Description -Help in assessing the quality and operational effectiveness of internal controls to provide assurance and recommendations for improvement, in accordance with the OpCo audit plan and Company control procedures. Provide support on Global Audits, providing knowledge of local culture, business operations, risks and sensitivities. -Annual audit plan: Help in the preparation of the annual audit plan based on consensus with relevant stakeholders: Global Audit, ABC Management and External Audit. -Audit assignments: Assist in the execution of business process oriented internal control reviews, compliance audits and activities that deliver the ABC audit plan and provide the business with comfort on the internal control environment. Support Global Audit in Operational audits providing local knowledge, cultural awareness and expertise. -Secure effective management response and follow up: Performe an adequate follow up over the reported findings to ensure that the proper implementation of the agreed upon action plan. -Compliance with corporate policies and legislation: Ensure the compliance with corporate policies and comply with Heineken Audit policies, rules and standards Help and support the functional line managers in implementing compliance system
Qualifications Education, Certifications and Licenses: •Relevant university degree Knowledge and Experience: •Minimum 2-4 years of Internal Audit experience •Relevant experience within internal audit of international companies. Skills and Abilities: . •Fluent in both Arabic and English •Team Player •Self-confident •Creative •Good experience in Accounting and auditing standard
