Description      Responsible for payroll implementation  Prepares and maintains the master files for salaries and personnel in the payroll system.  Makes up monthly integrity reports for reconciliation of monthly payroll compared to the previous month.  Collects monthly working statistics ( annual vacations, overtimes, absenteeism, deductions, etc.) for Operations employees and enter to the payroll system. Is in charge of the calculation of their related payments  Developing all the needed reports from the payroll.  Keeps evidence and draws up monthly the salary expenditures of the company, as well as the fiscal obligations to taxes & social insurance.  Responsible for add/remove the employees on a monthly basis according to their states in payroll system.  Ensure that gross salaries are matches with approvals.  Ensure resigned employees package are calculated correctly.  Ensuring that the net payroll totals reconciled with cash disbursements recorded.  Revised all changes in any payroll items.  Revised overtime, salaries, commission , penalties and deduction  Managing Pay Slips distribution for all Dept -Social Insurance, Tax Law -Salaries -BUDGETING & REPORTING Interface with Finance Department
Qualifications    High Qualification "Bachelor degree in HR & Admin", from 3-5 years of experience, SAP User is preferable and FMCG experience is a must.
