Description 1- Translation from English to French and vice versa. Translation from Arabic to English and vice verse. 2- Meeting and greeting visitors. 3- Electronic archiving; Organizing and archiving all the documents and correspondence related to every project 4- Travel arrangements (Hotel reservations / flight ticket booking etc.) 5- Seeking best rates for air Tickets 6- Receive and circulate company mail. 7- Creating and maintaining contact list. 8- Writing Letters & Faxes. 9- Arranging meeting schedule for management. 10- Arranging social events. 11- Assisting foreign visitors as necessary. 12- Handling courier services, including Coordinate and track international & domestic shipments to and from the company. 13- Managing company telephone system. 14- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - University Degree 2- French Language school graduate is a MUST 3- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken 4- Presentable 5- Hard working and Self-motivated 6- Can handle multiple tasks. 7- Constant learner. 8- Ability to work under min supervision.
