Description Responsible of completely installing the software, training the customer and following up.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.Places hardware into production by establishing connections; entering necessary commands.Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users; interpreting instructions; answering questions.Maintains system capability by testing computer components.Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications Networking and SQL background, Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Operating Systems, PC Proficiency. (Accounting background is an advantage). Bachelors degree in computer Engineering
