Description Answer inbound calls professionally & respond to all the customer inquiries Research required information using available resources Provide customers with product and service information Build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company ( The Resort Facilities & Client privileges ) Handle and resolve customer objections Update the existing databases with the data of each prospective customer in order to submit the data to the sales team Focus on bringing customers to attend at company premises to finalize deals Identify and escalate priority issues Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Follow up customer calls where necessary Maintain maximum customer satisfaction during the call
Qualifications o Experience: 3 years experience in Telesales field, one year in real estate preferred o Age 24-28. o Excellent all round PC skills with knowledge of common office applications. o Fluent English spoken and written o Excellent Communication Skills. o Strong Persuading Skills. o Excellent Sales Skills. o Problem solving skills. o Strong sales and client service skills. o Proper clear voice tone & pronunciation (Avoid lisps). o Excellent Presentation skills. o Excellent Negotiation and Closing skills. o Excellent objection handling skills. o Hard worker & Team player. o Self Confident.
