Description 1.Replying customer/s inquiry/s (Mails or phone calls) Main objects and has many topics. 2.Creating MD files (SKU/s , supplier/s , customer/s) 3.Creating the PO/s. 4.Creating SO/s. 5.Allocate/ reallocate SOs (create the move order/s if needed to fulfill the needed QTYs ) 6.Printing the pick list/s. 7.Ship SOs. 8.Updating the CS monitor. 9.System/system reconciliation/s with customer/s. 10.Updating batch. 11.Handling the customer/s planned or sudden visit/s 12.Validation. 13.Client Complain. 14.Updating System Batch.
Qualifications 1- 3years experience in ERP implementation. 2-IT back ground / courses in ERP. 3-WMS system key user. Minimum Requirements for Hiring: Qualifications:English Medium Graduate, expert in MS Office & WMS Experience : Minimum Five years in a similar position or risen up the AGILITY Hierarchy over a similar period. Competencies : Fluency in English and Basic Arabic Leadership kills Excellent Communication Skills Behavioral : Positive attitude and Flexibility Competencies Result, Process and Quality oriented Logical and Self motivated Customer focused Team Player Physical : 23 to 30 years. Upper limit grace of 3 years subject to five Year’s professional experience.
