Description 1- Responsible of users laptops troubleshoots 2- Installing operating systems and programs on employees laptop 3- support companys computers in main office with the necessarily technical support 4- support printers and copying machines. 5- Maintain and operate networks to assure continuous working. 6- Follow up with servers to avoid any failure and solve it. 7- Coordinate with it technicians to solve any external issues. 8- Handle company database and solve communication issues. 9- responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading server and also for ensuring the server IS backed up
