Description - Ensure that the legal requirements for products label, packing are in consideration before lunching. - Deal with trading fraud & production cases such as expiration of raw materials or sealing problems. - Deal with the police station and public prosecution (District Attorney) in the following issues: — Company cars and truck accidents — Material destruction. — Ice Cabinets cases. - Review the companys contracts from legal point of view to protect the company right for all kind of activities (services, purchases and trading). - Dealing with all the Governmental Authorities - Handling the legalization procedures with the different Authorities i.e. foreign affairs, related Embassy as well as handling the issue of security check related to the Managing Director, Finance and Control Director. - Keep all the photocopies of sealing the company Fixed Assets contracts and the related photocopies of the decrease forms according to the company policy.
Qualifications - Graduate of faculty of law, English section - Excellent communication and negotiations skills - Very good analytical skills - Proficient computer user
