Description 1. To organize batch cards, raw materials, clean processing vessels and workmen in order to achieve the required production plan/target. 2. To monitor and control the entire production process (including packing) in coordination with QC chemist to produce FG of desired quality. This includes proper recording on the batch cards for RM additions. 3. Effectively manage and allocate the workforce to achieve required productivity. 4. To effectively implement controls related to plant controllable factors in minimizing the customer complaints. 5. To ensure safe delivery of FG to warehouse and batch completion in Navision. 6. To strictly follow the disposal of waste material as per the guidelines and ensure the plant hygiene is maintained. 7. To achieve TOP milestones related to 5S and safety in entire production area. 8. Any other activities as directed by production Manager/Factory Manager.
Qualifications Faculty of Science- Chemistry Dept.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
