Description Handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks to a group of lawyers, and will be able to work within a team and independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communications skills, strong decision making ability when needed, and attention to detail are equally important. Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications Successful candidate must have - a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a sophisticated corporate environment; - master the advanced functions of the Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of applications; - possess first-class organizational skills (including, excellent filing, labeling, sorting, data recording and retrieval ability; time management; - be proficient at audio and standard Arabic and English touch-typing (60+ wpm); - be competent with advanced telephony (handling multiple calls simultaneously, accurate message-taking, and advanced conferencing) and other standard office equipment; - have excellent written and verbal communication skills; - be reasonably numerate; - perform effectively with minimal supervision and under the pressure of tight and competing deadlines; - be helpful, flexible, reliable, meticulous, friendly, and discrete; and in general maintain poise, professional appearance and demeanor; fluency in English and Arabic.
