Qualifications Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. At least 2 yrs of demonstrated relevant experience in manufacturing facility (Pharma preferred or food industry ) Ability to prioritize, set objectives and meet targets. Ability to work without close supervision. Solid GMP knowledge. Ability to provide coaching and feedback. Demonstrate strong math and documentation skills. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and interpersonal interaction skills. Responsible for maintaining safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE corporate and site goals Strong trouble shooting / problem solving skills. Good project management background Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods (shutdowns, projects,...etc). Must be willing to respond to off-hours emergencies when necessary.
