Description — Collect Data from other information service and all IT equipment and system. — Conduct Data Center Verification Checklist on daily basis — Conduct Data Center KPIs on monthly basis. — Perform Tasks and procedures related to systems and database backup and recovery functions. — Identify errors and problems and provide trouble-shooting. — Check all equipments and operations and monitor the various computer systems. — Ensure Data Center physical security. — Monitor data communications network to ensure that network is available to all system users and resolves data communications problems. — Monitor modems and display screen of terminal to mainframe computer to detect error messages that signal malfunction in communications software or hardware. — Record number of daily data communications transactions and number of problems and actions taken, using computer terminal. — Read technical reference manuals for communications hardware and software to learn cause of problem. — Enter diagnostic commands into computer to determine nature of problem, and read codes on screen to diagnose problem. — Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/information systems or Engineering
Gender Any
Education major Computer Science
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Preferable Knowledge in Microsoft Systems, Networking, Hardware. Excellent computer skills.
